Job summary

Resolv Global in Mexico seeks an EV Technical Support Specialist to help customers navigate charging products and troubleshoot issues. You will provide first-level support via phone, chat, and email, document interactions, and guide users through procedures to reach solutions.

This remote contractor role includes paid training, a Monday–Friday schedule (11:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern), and a strong emphasis on clear English communication. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with EV charging equipment or automotive systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers about EV charging products and services.
• Assist customers before and after purchase via phone, live chat, and email.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify issues, and guide troubleshooting steps.
• Own inquiries from initial contact to resolution or escalation.
• Communicate order updates and explain changes or issues affecting orders.
• Document interactions and share feedback with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues while managing multiple inquiries accurately.
