• Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of EVs or EV charging equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for EV charging products.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolution.
• Take ownership of inquiries from start to resolution or escalation.
• Communicate order updates and changes to customers.
• Document interactions and share feedback with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership while handling multiple inquiries.
