Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking an EV Technical Support Specialist to help customers navigate charging products and services. You will provide first-line support by phone, chat, and email, guiding users through troubleshooting and product features.

You will receive paid training, work remotely from Mexico, and collaborate with a remote team while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service. The schedule may require weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles or EV charging equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a remote team.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for EV charging products.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Own inquiries from contact to resolution or escalation.
