Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking an EV Technical Support Specialist to help customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and maximize the value of their electric vehicle charging products. You will provide first-line support via phone, live chat, and email, with paid training to learn the products and support processes.

Applicants should have experience in technical support or customer service, solid English communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Comfortable working in a remote contractor role from Mexico.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers about EV charging products.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email before and after purchase.
• Identify issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Own customer inquiries from initial contact to resolution or escalation.
• Communicate order updates and explain changes or issues.
• Document interactions and share feedback with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership while handling multiple inquiries.
