atomicHR is a fully remote recruiting startup serving Latin America. We’re hiring a part-time lead generation specialist focused on reaching marketing, growth, and data roles. You’ll research audiences, craft personalized outreach, post roles, and shortlist candidates, then nurture a candidate pipeline with AI-assisted tools.

No recruiting experience required; you’ll be mentored and paid weekly in USD as a contractor while you grow your skills across multiple roles.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Curiosity and drive to keep learning in a new puzzle.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.
• Self-motivation to chase and hit targets.

Aufgaben

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them and apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and rigorous follow-up.
