is seeking a motivated Recruitment Lead to establish and run our talent acquisition function as a fully remote role. You will design the strategy, select tools, build processes, and lead the hiring across all levels to support rapid growth and cultural alignment. As a remote-first leader, you will manage virtual teams, drive metrics, partner with executives, and scale a world-class recruiting capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Experience building scalable recruitment functions in startups.
• Proficient with remote recruitment strategies and distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and refine recruitment processes, policies, and best practices for a remote workforce.
• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all open positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive hiring success.
• Select, implement, and manage recruitment technologies and tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.).
• Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Mentor and guide other members of the HR team (as the team grows) on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Proven experience building and scaling recruitment functions, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Extensive experience with remote recruitment strategies and managing distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and employer branding.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in modern HR technology stacks and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
