Q4 Inc. is seeking a remote, mid-level Earnings Support Specialist based in Mexico. You will manage quarterly earnings updates, ensure quality and MNPI handling, and mentor teammates throughout earnings cycles.

During off-peak periods, you will focus on strategic projects, process improvements, and preparing the team for the next cycle. Strong HTML/CSS skills and MNPI understanding are essential for success.

Formación

• This role requires 3–5 years of professional mid-level experience in client operations, technical escalations, or specialized support within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS to interpret technical issues and manage digital content tasks.
• Strong MNPI awareness with familiarity with Investor Relations (IR) content and website architecture.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and lead peers with excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee earnings preparation, QA, and execution of quarterly web earnings updates for Q4 customers.
• Provide daily mentorship and technical guidance to Earnings Support Specialists.
• Serve as escalation lead for complex technical and operational issues from internal teams and global clients.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and drive process improvements with the product team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for training and excellence.
