QAD Inc. in Mexico is seeking a highly analytical marketer who has lived inside the full funnel—from first ad impression to closed pipeline. You'll own ad operations, consolidate reporting across every marketing channel, and connect it directly to Salesforce pipeline data so leadership always has a clear, accurate picture of what's working.

This role is based in Mexico and will be remote. QAD does not offer VISA sponsorship; you will be required to have full work authorization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics or ad operations in B2B SaaS with a proven track record.
• Hands-on ad ops experience across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Deep fluency connecting marketing channel data to Salesforce pipeline.
• Strong command of full-funnel marketing and revenue attribution.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets; SQL or BigQuery a strong plus.
• Highly analytical with the ability to deliver executive-ready insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own ad operations across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, including setup, tagging, tracking, pixel management, and QA.
• Consolidate reporting from all marketing channels into a unified Salesforce-tied view.
• Build dashboards showing MQLs, SAOs, pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and funnel conversion.
• Monitor full-funnel performance weekly from impressions to closed-won and surface gaps and trends.
• Provide data-backed recommendations on spend allocation, targeting, bidding, and channel mix.
• Collaborate with RevOps to ensure lead flow and CRM data integrity.
• Contribute to exec-level pipeline reporting with clear analysis.
