Job summary

QAD is seeking a highly analytical marketer in Mexico to own ad operations across major platforms and unify reporting with Salesforce pipeline data. You will build dashboards and monitor full-funnel performance, delivering data-driven recommendations for spend, targeting, and channel mix.

You will collaborate with RevOps to ensure data integrity and contribute to executive-level pipeline analysis, all from a remote Mexico-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics or ad operations in B2B SaaS with a proven track record.
• Hands-on ad ops experience: trafficking, UTM governance, pixel management, and platform troubleshooting across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Fluency connecting marketing channel data to Salesforce pipeline with revenue implications.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and where it breaks down.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets; SQL/BigQuery a plus.
• Analytical thinker who delivers executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own ad operations across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta: setup, tagging, tracking, pixels, QA.
• Consolidate reporting from paid, email, web, events into a view tied to Salesforce pipeline.
• Build dashboards linking activity to revenue: MQLs, SAOs, pipeline, CPL, ROAS, funnel rates.
• Monitor weekly full-funnel performance from impressions to closed-won; surface gaps and trends.
• Provide data-backed spend allocation, targeting, bidding, and mix recommendations.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure clean lead flow, attribution, and CRM data integrity.
• Support exec-level pipeline reporting with clear, framed analysis.
