Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and maintaining structured data.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer and revenue records in the CRM.
• Support CRM workflows, data-entry processes, and improvements.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for data integrity.
• Prepare revenue reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
