In this role, you will resolve inquiries with empathy, document interactions in the CRM, and help identify trends for service improvements. English proficiency and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote environment.
• Proficient with helpdesk tools and CRM systems.
