Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of parks using our all-in-one booking and park-management platform. You will help operators maximize product usage, solve issues, and keep customers confident in the platform.

You'll run training sessions, write clear follow-ups, and share feedback with product and engineering to improve the experience. Remote role with USD compensation based on experience.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
• Ability to learn software deeply and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to help customers adopt features.
• Assist operators with setting changes as seasons or inventory adjust.
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season periods.
