Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success / Account Management professional to manage a portfolio of parks, answer questions, troubleshoot bookings, and drive feature adoption. You will run trainings, keep records, and write helpful documentation to reduce recurring questions.

You will stay calm during busy seasons, coordinate with operators to adjust setups, and escalate at-risk accounts early while sharing feedback to improve the platform. Remote role with USD compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, support, or onboarding in SaaS preferred.
• Ability to learn software deeply and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to help customers adopt features they aren't using yet.
• Help operators adjust their setup as seasons, rates, or site inventory change.
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season rushes, when every booking counts.
• Write clear follow-up notes and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
• Turn recurring questions into guides, FAQs, and simple help documentation.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and work proactively to keep customers happy.
• Share customer feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
