• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Experience with onboarding or implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers and build long-term relationships.
• Support onboarding and implementation for new customers and ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support account growth.
• Track progress in the CRM and document conversations, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Proactively address concerns to prevent retention risks and escalate when needed.
