Pavago is seeking an organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day client operations and implementation activities for US-based engagements. The role involves turning business decisions into actionable plans, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining operational documentation to move projects forward on schedule.

You will translate decisions into tasks, own milestones, and communicate with senior stakeholders while building strong client relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years in Operations, PM, or related fields.
• Experience owning initiatives through completion.
• Experience supporting U.S. based clients or companies.
• Excellent written and spoken professional English.
• Strong project and organizational skills; multi-priority work ability.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management.
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders professionally.
• Experience with spreadsheets, PM tools, CRM, and docs platforms.
• Ability to learn new software and workflows quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day execution of implementation plans across multiple engagements.
• Translate decisions into clear tasks, owners, deadlines and deliverables.
• Track milestones and ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to keep initiatives moving.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and client documentation.
• Keep status, deadlines and action items up to date.
• Maintain clear visibility into progress and outstanding items.
• Communicate with client owners, managers and teams professionally.
• Prepare agendas, materials and status updates for client meetings.
• Capture decisions, commitments and actions during meetings.
• Follow up with stakeholders until tasks are completed.
