Pavago is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of local business clients and boost their online visibility. You will manage Google Business Profiles, track local SEO, review analytics, and translate data into actionable recommendations, using Claude and ChatGPT to aid research while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, able to work independently, and comfortable communicating digital marketing insights to non-technical clients.

Formación

• 2+ years in digital marketing or account management.
• Experience with local businesses is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of local business clients end-to-end.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and monitor rankings.
• Review analytics and present actionable recommendations.
• Prepare client performance reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify upsell opportunities and propose additional services.
