Job summary

THE/STUDIO is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales journey for clients, guiding them from concept to delivery of custom products. You will coordinate between clients, design teams, and factory partners to keep projects on track and unblock delays.

You’ll provide consultative product support, spot opportunities for growth, and manage a diverse SMB/mid-market portfolio with HubSpot for tracking and insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
• Strong empathy and ability to guide novice clients through complex concepts.
• CRM and project coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and post-sales experience for clients.
• Coordinate between clients, design, and factory teams to keep projects moving.
• Identify bottlenecks, unblock delays, and propose improvements.
• Provide feedback on garment construction, fabrics, and specs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage a portfolio of accounts.
