Job summary

Visit.org, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead and grow relationships with our largest corporate partners. This remote role focuses on maximizing service utilization, driving engagement, and guiding renewal discussions for enterprise portfolios with a strategic, data-driven approach.

You will advise executives on social impact, foster cross-functional collaboration, and own account reporting and improvement initiatives to scale our lean CS team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate value through customer stories and data.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage enterprise accounts to drive growth and utilization.
• Lead cross-functional programs with timelines and deliverables.
• Support sales with renewals and negotiations to reduce churn.
• Advise executives on social impact and partnership strategy.
• Be the internal expert on accounts and advocate for product changes.
• Own reporting of impact, utilization, and executive reviews.
• Identify and resolve issues to sustain high satisfaction.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects to scale CS.
