Job summary

Gordian Staffing is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee multiple communities and coordinate operations, financials, and vendor management. This is a remote position with an in-person visit on the first day at CDMX or GDL offices.

Strong English skills, 2 years in a similar role, and experience with CRM/ERP systems plus MS Office are required. Benefits include competitive pay, remote work, and health coverage; probation followed by additional perks and insurance options.

Qualifications

• English fluency (verbal and written) required.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role (Project Management, Hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using different CRM or ERP systems.
• Self-starter with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails within 24 hours and build resident relationships.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple communities and support Boards.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance; manage AR and collections.
• Coordinate vendor selection, contracts, and project oversight.
• Ensure compliance with documents and laws; manage insurance and claims.
• Mentor staff and foster a high-performing team.
• Demonstrate integrity and professional accountability in projects.
