The Hershey Company seeks a Manager, Change & Communications to lead enterprise HR change delivery and communications strategies. You will translate standards into executable plans, aligning HR initiatives with brand voice and channel strategy.

• 5–7+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or organizational development.
• Experience leading change delivery for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Ability to craft executive-level narratives and manage multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end change management for priority initiatives, developing integrated change plans aligned to milestones.
• Own the change communications calendar and cascade plan; draft leader talking points and employee communications.
• Serve as primary liaison to Corporate Communications; align HR change narratives with brand voice and workflows.
• Craft clear change narratives translating complex initiatives into messaging for leaders and staff.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments; facilitate workshops and build change toolkits.
