The Hershey Company seeks a Manager Security to lead local cross-functional security processes, programs, and crisis readiness in support of Hershey facilities and operations. You will work with internal stakeholders, vendors, law enforcement, and contract security teams to ensure effective security operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
• Minimum 5 years of investigative experience, or 8+ years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security organization required.
• 4+ years of security management experience with a large, multinational company preferred.
• Experience in corporate investigations, physical security, food defense, executive or associate protection, risk analysis, compliance, crisis management, emergency response, and threat monitoring.
• Strong program development, budget management, project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, hourly teams, vendors, law enforcement, and external partners.
• Ability to travel as needed to support business, security, and operational priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and support local and company Crisis Management programs through training, drills, threat monitoring, emergency readiness, documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of security programs across U.S. manufacturing, distribution, retail, and office locations.
• Manage or support physical security infrastructure, including CCTV, access control, alarms, perimeter protection, site assessments, security projects, budgets, and contractor quality assurance.
• Support Global Supply Chain Security Program standards, supplier or partner security reviews, compliance audits, and supply chain risk reduction efforts.
• Manage travel risk, major event security planning, visitor protection, stakeholder coordination, and security vendor relationships.
• Participate in sensitive investigations involving employees, assets, facilities, products, and brand reputation while ensuring escalation, documentation, ethics, and policy alignment.
