The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Specialist Employee Relations to serve as a trusted ER expert, guiding leaders through complex workplace matters and ensuring consistent policy application. You will lead investigations, advise on accommodations, and partner with Legal, EHS, and HR teams to drive risk-aware decisions.

Based remotely in Mexico (preferably Guadalajara), you will analyze ER data, identify trends, and contribute to improvements in ER processes and training.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant employee relations experience.
• Experience leading complex ER investigations.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, policy interpretation, documentation, and risk management.
• Ability to analyze ER data, identify trends, and recommend practical actions.
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, EHS, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and resolve complex employee relations investigations.
• Coach and advise managers on workplace accommodations and policy interpretation.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, EHS, and leaders to ensure consistent ER practices.
• Monitor ER data to identify trends and mitigate risk.
• Develop and deliver ER training and guidance for leaders.
