Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent management.
• Experience designing talent and succession planning, performance management, leadership development and change management.
• Advanced English language required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Talent Programs: assist with career development and leadership succession activities with HR and leaders.
• Manage Training Coordination: plan needs assessments and curriculum development with stakeholders.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: evaluate third-party training providers and monitor contracts.
• Analyze Talent Data: analyze data to identify trends and support workforce decisions.
• Coordinate Program Activities: coordinate development programs across stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
