The Hershey Company is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and execution of world-class EHS programs across manufacturing operations. You will partner with plant leadership to embed proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safety and operational excellence.

You will design EMS/SMS systems, deliver training, conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance programs and audits.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EMS and SMS implementation and ongoing improvement across sites.
• Develop and execute EHS strategies to achieve best-in-class safety and environmental performance.
• Audit, inspect, and assess risk to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver training to build EHS capability and foster a culture of safety ownership.
• Review capital projects to ensure EHS requirements are incorporated from planning to execution.
