The Hershey Company is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Hershey’s EHS programs across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on creating a world-class safety culture that protects people and enables operational excellence.

You will partner with plant leadership, drive risk management, conduct audits and training, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant Environmental, Health and Safety experience in manufacturing, food production, consumer packaged goods, or a similar industrial environment.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance programs, safety initiatives, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience influencing leaders and employees at multiple organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Hershey’s Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Develop and execute EHS strategies that drive best-in-class safety, health, and environmental performance.
• Analyze EHS performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for risk reduction and continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Lead investigations into incidents, injuries, illnesses, and environmental events, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and deliver training programs that build EHS capability and reinforce a culture of safety ownership.
• Coordinate emergency response programs and drills, preparedness planning, and response readiness.
