Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. This hands-on position requires BPO experience, ownership, and confident client communication to keep projects on track.

You will report to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations and collaborate with clients, leadership, and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence. You will own day-to-day management of assigned BPO projects, build strong client relationships, monitor KPIs, address

Qualifications

• BPO experience is essential.
• Experience managing BPO projects, programs, accounts, teams, or operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Experience working directly with clients or supporting Client Success.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with coordinating multiple teams to achieve goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues affecting client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance, quality, productivity, attendance, and service-delivery concerns.
• Manage operational escalations and drive to resolution.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and action plans to leadership and clients.
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to prevent gaps.
• Review performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support coaching and performance improvement across teams.
• Ensure client processes and requirements are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide regular visibility into project health and risks.
• Take ownership of problems and drive practical solutions.
