Resolv Global is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives across Mexico. This fully remote role seeks experienced professionals with strong English skills and BPO/call center background. Responsibilities include supporting US-based customer operations and managing inbound/outbound interactions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive compensation of $5 USD per hour, paid weekly.

Formación

• Previous US BPO / call center experience is essential.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions is preferred.
