Resolv Global is seeking experienced Team Leads for a fully remote healthcare customer experience operation in México, supporting a US-based program. You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of CX representatives while maintaining quality and productivity in a fast-paced BPO setting.

This is a contractor role, bilingual in English and Spanish, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. Work remotely from Mexico, align with US business hours, and be paid weekly.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a BPO/contact center
• Experience in healthcare/customer experience is essential
• Minimum 1 year of remote work experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support, coach, and motivate a team of customer experience representatives
• Monitor day-to-day team performance and ensure productivity and quality
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance
• Support agents with escalations and challenging interactions
• Maintain a strong customer-focused culture across the team
• Monitor attendance, adherence, performance, and engagement
• Identify performance gaps and work with team members on improvement plans
• Communicate operational updates and feedback clearly to the team
• Collaborate with trainers during training and transition into production
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in a fully remote environment
• Adapt to changing processes and systems
