IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and nutrition, is seeking a Billing/AR specialist in Mexico City (Polanco). The role is hybrid, collaborating with Finance, Customer Service, and Shared Services to ensure timely invoice distribution and accurate records.

You will drive process improvements, support OTC activities, and maintain robust documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Billing/AR, strong Excel skills, advanced English, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or customer-facing administrative functions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Distribute customer invoices through portals, email, and approved channels for NOAM and LATAM regions.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customer invoicing platforms per requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to obtain missing documentation and resolve submission issues.
• Monitor invoice submission status and proactively manage rejections or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, supporting documents, and submission confirmations.
• Prepare and share weekly reports covering invoice volumes and trends.
• Support customer inquiries related to invoice distribution and submission status.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing efficiency and service quality.
