Job summary

Qualifications

• End-to-end billing and invoicing in SAP.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax rules, CFDI 4.0, SAT compliance.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with accounts receivable and order management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end billing and invoicing process within SAP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing, order management, and invoicing activities.
• Manage customer inquiries related to invoicing, order status, accounts receivable, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with SAT requirements, CFDI 4.0 standards, payment complements, and other Mexican tax regulations.
• Analyze billing performance metrics and prepare regular operational reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complex billing and customer service issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in and lead operational projects, process enhancement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
