Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong written and spoken English fluency essential for all customer-facing and internal communications with US-based stakeholders
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and familiarity with invoicing, credit/debit adjustments, and service cancellations
• Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud and familiarity with Workday Financials and Salesforce CPQ

Responsibilities

• Address billing requests from Sales, CS, and US-based customers with a focus on accurate, timely resolutions
• Create subscription invoices and one-time invoices; process credit memos
• Communicate in English with US-based customers and stakeholders during US business hours
• Log and track incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud; prioritize and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with US-based departments to resolve billing issues and maintain SLAs
• Support knowledge management and contribute to process improvements
