Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP required and relevant experience in revenue accounting.
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday for data integration and reporting.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience with order processing and revenue reporting/analysis.
• Licenciatura en Contaduría or equivalent accounting degree required; Mexican CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders (new, renewals, changes) and ensure accurate entry.
• Review contract documents and MSAs for revenue recognition impact.
• Verify data and ensure correct revenue recognition methods/dates.
• Coordinate Salesforce to WorkDay integration data checks.
• Assist with month-end close, revenue reporting, and accruals.
