Qualifications

• Experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; strong written and spoken English for US-based communications.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work align with US Central or Eastern business hours.
• Remote work capability with reliable internet.
• Experience with collection software; Salesforce, HighRadius and Workday Financials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage US-based customers to discuss overdue balances and facilitate timely payment resolution.
• Investigate and resolve contract, billing, and payment inquiries.
• Execute collections strategies in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues.
• Document customer commitments and payment arrangements clearly.
• Generate and analyze collections reports to assess performance.
• Meet individual and departmental targets.
• Communicate account risks and insights to management.
