Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Billing Accountant for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle subscription invoices, credit/debit adjustments, and billing records using Salesforce Service Cloud and Workday Financials, with US-based customers and teams.

Fluent English and 1–5 years in billing or accounting are required; you will collaborate across Sales and Customer Success, align with US business hours, and contribute to accurate, timely invoicing while upholding high customer service

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong written and spoken English essential for all communications with US stakeholders
1–5 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of billing processes and invoicing workflows
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Workday Financials preferred
Familiarity with credit and debit adjustments, billing records, and product billing

Responsibilities

Strong understanding of billing processes for all Bonterra products
Create subscription invoices and one-time invoices; approve/process credit memos
Resolve billing inquiries from US-based customers; escalate when needed
Log and track incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud; maintain accurate records
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
Support knowledge sharing and contribute to a positive team culture
