Resolv Global is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work from home in Mexico for a healthcare-related program. You will handle inbound calls, provide empathetic support to health plan members, and help with transportation services and member programs.

Applicants should be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Training and compliance courses are part of the process, with fully remote work from Mexico.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in inbound or healthcare-related customer service is preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls from health plan members and providers.
• Provide accurate information on transportation services and member programs.
• Enter and maintain customer data with attention to detail.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
