Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home in Mexico for a healthcare-related program. You will handle inbound calls, assist members, and maintain data with a focus on accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, reliable internet, quiet workspace, and the ability to participate in training sessions. This is a contractor, fully remote opportunity with weekly pay at $5.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of inbound contact center experience or transferable healthcare experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled working hours.
• Must provide their own equipment to perform the job.
• Must have download speed of approximately 80-100 Mbps and upload speed of approximately 12-20 Mbps.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from health plan members and representatives.
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and respond professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding transportation services.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and data.
• Meeting established performance and quality expectations.
• Follow HIPAA and compliance requirements when handling PHI.
• Escalate transportation or customer service concerns to the leadership team.
• Participate in required training and coaching.
• Complete all required compliance and training courses.
• Maintain professional conduct during training and ongoing coaching.
