Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO. This remote LATAM role focuses on leveraging AI to manage calendars, draft communications, and streamline workflows.

You will act as a gatekeeper, draft replies, and summarize long threads with Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and comfortable using AI to automate tasks and handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
• Near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) required; exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Daily experience using Generative AI tools to boost productivity and draft communications.
• High technical aptitude with Google Workspace, MS 365, Slack, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support including complex calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Gatekeeper for executive inbox; draft context-aware replies using AI tools.
• Coordinate meetings and generate meeting minutes with AI transcription tools.
• Conduct rapid online research; synthesize data into executive summaries.
• Assist with lightweight project management and CRM data entry.
• Anticipate needs and deploy digital tools to streamline workflows.
