The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and proficient with Generative AI tools to draft communications, summarize threads, and automate routine tasks in seconds rather than hours.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-levels.
• Near-native English (C1/C2) required with strong written and verbal communication.
• Daily use of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level admin support including complex calendar management, travel planning, and scheduling.
• Act as gatekeeper by managing executive inboxes and drafting context-aware replies with AI.
• Coordinate meetings and use AI transcription tools to generate minutes and action items.
• Conduct rapid AI-assisted online research and produce concise executive summaries.
• Assist with lightweight project management and CRM data entry to keep workflows on track.
