Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a proactive, tech-forward Executive Assistant to partner directly with the CEO/Founders. This role leverages AI to multiply output, protect the executive’s time, and streamline daily workflows in a fully remote LATAM setting.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and comfortable using Generative AI to draft communications, manage calendars, and handle complex travel arrangements across US Time Zones.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of EA/VA experience supporting C-level executives.
• Near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) required; exceptional writing and speaking.
• Proven use of Generative AI tools to automate tasks and draft communications.
• High technical aptitude with Google Workspace, MS 365, Slack, and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Screen and summarize executive emails using AI to draft context-aware replies.
• Coordinate meetings and generate meeting minutes with AI transcription tools.
• Conduct rapid online research and synthesize data into concise executive summaries.
• Assist with light project management and CRM data entry.
• Anticipate needs and deploy digital tools to prevent bottlenecks.
