Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and emails; book service appointments and estimates.
• Build and adjust daily technician schedules in field service software.
• Dispatch jobs, track arrivals and update customers on delays.
• Coordinate with Spanish-speaking crews and English-speaking customers.
• Confirm next-day appointments and follow up on estimates.
• Maintain complete job records for billing and invoicing.
• Escalate emergencies and scheduling conflicts to leadership.
