We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team and help us scale to the next level. Competitive USD base salary paid monthly + uncapped commission, opportunities to grow into a Team Lead, and stock options are part of the package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS software.
• Experience in HR tech, recruiting or ATS is a major plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with remote async communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Conduct live demos with prospects and handle objections.
• Write clear, personalized follow-up emails based on transcripts.
• Map customer pain points to 100Hires features and use cases.
• Host webinars and create educational videos for leads and customers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure leads are progressed to close.
