Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks an Automation Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role with a fast-growing SaaS startup. You will own the automation infrastructure across lead management, CRM workflows, and reporting, and collaborate with leadership across teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience using Zapier or Make, plus strong Python/JavaScript skills and Salesforce expertise.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience with multi-step automations.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: relationships, field mapping, CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs in live workflows, including prompt handling.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping and error handling.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own automation ecosystem end-to-end; build and maintain workflows.
• Maintain lead automation and CRM synchronization across platforms.
• Create automated reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal workflows like candidate screening and calendar sync.
• Write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation platforms.
• Document workflows and ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and propose solutions.
