Scale Up is hiring an Automation Engineer for a fully remote role. You will own the automation infrastructure powering lead management, CRM, reporting, and internal operations. 1–2 years hands-on automation experience required.

You will design, maintain, and optimize multi-step workflows using Zapier/Make, Salesforce, and AI APIs. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript to implement automation logic is essential. Collaboration with leadership and multiple teams is expected.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on automation experience.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Strong Salesforce CRM understanding and automation workflow experience.
• Experience integrating AI APIs in live workflows.
• Familiar with webhooks, API payloads, and error handling.
• Excellent debugging and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, including new workflows and maintenance.
• Build lead automation, CRM synchronization, and enrichment workflows.
• Create automated reporting processes for key metrics.
• Support internal operations like screening, scheduling, and security workflows.
• Document workflows and ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and propose automation solutions.
