Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking an Automation Engineer for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own automation infrastructure powering lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

With 1-2 years of hands-on automation experience, you will design, maintain, and optimize workflows across platforms, collaborate with leadership, and help define the long-term automation strategy.

Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience building multi-step automations with Zapier or Make.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce: object relationships, field mapping, CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude) in live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end automation workflows from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Build lead automation workflows: intake, scoring, routing, enrichment, CRM sync.
• Manage CRM automation: lead lifecycle, relationships, field mapping, conversions.
• Create automated reports for daily, weekly, monthly metrics.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability.
