Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking an Automation Engineer to own and optimize automation workflows across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations. The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience with Zapier/Make and strong Salesforce knowledge.

You will write Python and JavaScript for automation logic in a remote, fast-paced SaaS environment. The position is full-time and fully remote, offering opportunities to shape long-term automation strategy

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building multi-step automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude) and structuring AI outputs in live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping and error handling.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end: build, maintain, and optimize workflows.
• Lead lead automation, CRM synchronization, and reporting automation across platforms.
• Develop automated daily/weekly/monthly metrics reporting.
• Support internal ops workflows like screening, calendar sync, and credential management.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and propose automation solutions.
