Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring an Automation Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role requiring 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience. You will own the automation ecosystem and design, maintain, and optimize workflows across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

Collaboration with leadership and multiple teams is essential as you deliver reliable, scalable automations.

Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on automation experience building multi-step automations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce including object relationships and lead routing.
• Experience integrating AI APIs and producing structured outputs in live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping and error handling.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain lead automation workflows including intake, scoring, routing and CRM synchronization.
• Manage CRM automation including lead lifecycle, field mapping and activity tracking.
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal workflows such as screening, calendar sync, and credential management.
• Write, maintain and debug Python and JavaScript code within automation platforms.
• Document workflows to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and recommend automation solutions.
