Scale Up Recruiting Partners is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS startup to hire an Automation Specialist for a fully remote, full-time position. You will design, maintain, and optimize automation workflows across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and experience integrating AI APIs.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on experience building multi-step, multi-branch automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: object relationships, field mapping, lead conversion, and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, including building new workflows and maintaining existing ones.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize production-grade automations across lead management, CRM, and reporting.
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics.
• Support internal operational workflows (candidate screening, meeting intelligence, calendar sync, credential management).
• Write, maintain, and debug Python and JavaScript code within automation platforms.
• Document workflows and automation logic to ensure maintainability and scalability.
