Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring an Automation Engineer to own the automation infrastructure, designing, maintaining, and optimizing workflows across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

This full-time remote role requires 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience and a drive to own production-grade systems, solve complex problems, and continuously improve business processes in a fast-paced SaaS startup.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on experience building multi-step automations.
• Strong Salesforce understanding including relationships, field mapping, and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude) into live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and independent problem solving.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end: build, maintain, and optimize workflows.
• Manage CRM automation, including lead lifecycle and activity tracking.
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal workflows such as candidate screening, calendar sync, and credentials management.
• Write, maintain, and debug Python and JavaScript in automation platforms.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability and scale.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and propose automation solutions.
