Scale Up Recruiting Partners is assisting an innovative SaaS startup in finding its next Automation Engineer. The role is fully remote and full-time, offering ownership of automation infrastructure across lead management, CRM, reporting, and internal operations.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of hands-on automation experience, strong Python/JavaScript skills, and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable automations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 1-2 years building multi-step automations with Zapier or Make.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: relationships, mappings, lead conversion.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI/Claude) in live workflows.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, and error handling.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own automation ecosystem end-to-end and build new workflows.
• Maintain and optimize existing automations for performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability across systems.
• Document workflows and logic for maintainability.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to align automation with goals.
