Royal York Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the owner and tenant experience across active property management files.

You will manage multiple files, communicate with property owners, tenants, internal teams, and service providers, and ensure documentation is accurate. This role emphasizes owning client outcomes, timely updates, and professional communication in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of account management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and files.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for owners and tenants throughout the management process.
• Manage multiple client and property files at once with strong organization.
• Provide proactive updates on status and next steps.
• Handle time-sensitive issues with urgency and clear communication.
• Coordinate steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors, and property management operations.
• Collect, review, and track required documentation according to company process.
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates, and file movement.
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction and professional judgment.
• Support a structured, process-driven client experience from start to finish.
